Program Details
During the program, trainees will learn the intricacies of the sales and client acquisition process, gaining a thorough understanding of how to effectively engage and retain customers.
You will explore executive leadership and team management strategies, honing your public speaking skills while learning how to run effective meetings focused on market strategy.
Collaboration is key at Reckitt, and you will work closely with the Human Resources and Finance departments to understand the broader business context.
As part of the marketing team, you will oversee and coordinate various activities, ensuring that all initiatives align with the company’s goals.

Your responsibilities will also include managing customer service interactions and accounts with clients, establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team.

Regular reporting on team and individual performance will be an essential part of your role, as will the development and execution of innovative customer service and sales strategies.

Requirements
We are seeking recent or current graduates from any degree program. While previous experience in marketing or sales roles is not mandatory, it will be highly valued.
