The Young Graduate Program offers recent graduates the chance to gain hands-on professional experience and international exposure.
We seek motivated and passionate young professionals with excellent academic achievements.

This opportunity is available for young graduates to work in the Commercial, Technical, or Finance departments in Lagos, Nigeria.
Program Overview:
An 18-month course program:
— 6 months in Nigeria (Phase 1)
— 12 months expatriation to another TotalEnergies affiliate in Africa or the HQ in Paris (Phase 2), subject to performance and availability
Requirements:
To be eligible for the TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program, applicants must:
— Be Nigerian citizens
— Have lived in Nigeria for at least 6 months
— Be under 26 years old

— Have less than 1 year of professional experience
— Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
Hold a degree in one of the following disciplines:
