About Bilkent University Scholarships 2025
Bilkent University is currently accepting applications from international students for its 2025 scholarships.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
— Open to citizens of all countries, including Turkish citizens.
— High school graduates eligible for undergraduate degree programs.
— BSc graduates or MSc students must have a minimum CGPA of 2.80 out of 4.00 at the time of application.
— Turkish citizens residing in Turkey require an ALES score <55 (quantitative) for eligibility.

— Non-Turkish citizens or Turkish citizens outside Turkey need a GRE General Test score of 153 (quantitative), with flexibility for strong candidates near this threshold.
— English proficiency requirements: TOEFL IBT score of at least 87, IELTS score of at least 6.5 overall with at least 5.5 in each section, or Bilkent COPE score of at least C.
