Our multidisciplinary team uses established methods to evaluate organizations’ societal impacts, identify strengths, weaknesses, and risks, and apply this knowledge to enhance their overall impact.
With growing awareness of sustainability and its rising importance for businesses, there has been a noticeable increase in the inclusion of sustainability elements in proposals and client engagements.
To meet this demand, we are looking for dynamic and diverse graduates to join our Sustainability Services team and contribute to these impactful initiatives.
Eligible Fields for the KPMG Sustainability Graduate Program 2024
Eligible fields include:
— Environmental Science/Management
— Chemical Engineering
— Social Science
— Climate Change/Climate
— Finance or similar
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
— A strong interest in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, with an understanding of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Global Reporting Initiative Standards, and other relevant industry advancements and frameworks.
— Exceptional teamwork skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

— Proficient in writing reports, effective communication, and making presentations

Primary Function
If selected, you will be responsible for:
— Implementing programs, tests, and procedures for sustainability audits and assurance
— Providing sustainability assurance and reporting services, including creating detailed working papers to support findings and recommendations in sustainability consulting
Key Responsibilities
— Identifying weaknesses or issues and developing effective remediation plans
— Writing reports and delivering high-quality results
— Communicating and liaising with clients at various stages of projects
— Visiting locations as part of a team
— Demonstrating excellent analytical and technical skills, with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach
— Possessing strong investigative, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
— Being capable of multitasking
Core Duties
You will support KPMG’s ESG strategy through research and contributions to sustainability thought leadership, best practices, and proposal development.
