About the ACU HR in HE Community Grants
The Human Resources in Higher Education (HR in HE) Community Grants support university HR practitioners navigating the changing landscape of work by promoting collaboration and sharing best practices.

These grants fund projects that advance essential HR work and align with the HR in HE Community’s objectives.
They can fund a variety of virtual or in-person initiatives, workshops, or events, including:
— Attending HR conferences and sharing knowledge.
— Developing and delivering training for HR professionals.
— Collaborating on HR policies such as workforce planning, inclusion, mental health, and international recruitment.

— Establishing HR processes.
— Hosting webinars on key HR topics.
— Benchmarking HR practices across the Commonwealth.
Grant Details:
— Conducting research projects.
A total budget of GBP 10,000 is available, which can be allocated as multiple smaller or larger grants depending on project requirements.
How to Apply:
Applicants must be employed at an ACU member university in the HR field. While promoting partnerships with other ACU member universities is encouraged, it is not mandatory.

Institutions that are willing to match or provide additional funds will be given favorable consideration, although it is not mandatory.
