About the FATE Foundation 2024 Road to Growth Program
FATE Foundation, in partnership with the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, is pleased to announce the 2024 edition of the Road to Growth Program for female entrepreneurs in Ogun State, Nigeria.
This prestigious program is designed to empower and support women leading businesses in the region by providing essential business skills, financial literacy, and access to important networks.
Funded by the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women and other key partners, the initiative aims to boost confidence and capacity among female entrepreneurs in low and middle-income countries.

The Road to Growth Program is an intensive training course tailored specifically for female entrepreneurs ready to scale their businesses.
The curriculum focuses on equipping participants with the tools needed to manage and grow their enterprises effectively.
Participants will benefit from interactive training sessions, personalized coaching, and peer-to-peer learning, gaining valuable insights into business management, financial planning, and strategic growth.
Program Objectives

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the FATE Foundation Road to Growth Program 2024, applicants must meet the following requirements:
— Gender and Location: Must be a female entrepreneur based in Ogun State, Nigeria.
— Ownership: Must own at least 50% of a registered business in Nigeria.
— Business Experience: The business should have been operational and profitable for at least two years.
— Workforce: Must employ between 3 and 49 employees.
— Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in using computers is required.
— Language Proficiency: Applicants should be able to read and write in English.
— Financial History: Applicants should not have had prior access to loans and must need additional investment for business growth.

Application Process
The application process for the Road to Growth Program 2024 consists of two stages:
— Stage I: Interested applicants should apply by clicking the “Apply” button on the FATE Foundation’s SOAR Application Platform. This platform will guide you through submitting your application materials.
— Stage II: After an initial review of all applications, shortlisted candidates will be invited for a 10-minute phone or video interview. Following these interviews, 40 successful applicants will be selected to join the Ogun State cohort of the program.
