Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:
– Be enrolled full-time in a Master’s or PhD program in finance.
– Have started your studies no earlier than January 1, 2024, and no later than February 1, 2025.
– Have fewer than five years of professional experience in the financial industry and less than ten years of overall work experience.
– Be a female citizen of any nation enrolled in an accredited university’s post-graduate finance program.
Benefits of the Women in Finance Scholarship (FINCAD)
The scholarship provides a substantial sum of US$20,000 to assist with graduate-level studies in Finance. Upon winning, half of the award will be given directly to the recipient, while the remaining half will be sent to the educational institution to support tuition expenses. Moreover, at FINCAD, all employees, referred to as FINCADians, receive two paid days off each calendar year to participate in volunteer activities.
Additionally, FINCAD HOPE conducts thorough research to identify suitable organizations and projects for volunteer work. The organization then matches employees’ talents and skills to recruit volunteers, ensuring their contributions are utilized effectively for meaningful projects.
