InEvent is introducing a one-year Graduate Take-Off Program, available to students and recent graduates worldwide.

The program seeks to offer candidates practical training and skill development opportunities to identify potential strengths and establish a professional foundation.
You’ll acquire practical experience and develop sought-after skills for the job market while also contributing to the overarching objectives of the InEvent Graduate Internship Program.
The exciting aspect is that you’ll be compensated while learning and honing these skills!
The program will consist of 20 hours per week throughout the year and will be entirely remote! Upon completion, you may have the chance to join us at InEvent on a full-time basis!

Requirements for InEvent Graduate Internships
If you meet the following criteria, then the InEvent Graduate Internship is for you:
– Fluent in English
– Ages 18 to 25
– Hold an undergraduate degree or will graduate soon
– Capable of multitasking and working 20 hours per week without interruptions
– Resilient with a positive attitude
– Committed to continuous learning (keeplearning)
– Possess a personal computer and stable internet connection

Year Program Process:
As a chosen candidate for the InEvent Graduate Internship, you will receive coaching and guidance from our outstanding team members.
Bootcamp will provide you with a deeper understanding of our organization and the different departments that collaborate at InEvent.
Following the Bootcamp, an assessment will be conducted to assess your comprehension and areas of strength.
This will provide valuable insight into gaining a broader technical perspective in your preferred field of interest.
Have the opportunity to learn about the following departments:
People and Culture, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product.

After three months, the team will assign you to a department based on your performance during the Bootcamp, your background, and the department preference you indicated in your application.
You will spend the remaining nine months of the program in this department, both learning and contributing to its overall success.
InEvent Graduate Internship Selection Process
Upon receiving your application and confirming that you meet the requirements, you’ll be requested to submit a recorded video introduction.
We’ll ask a few questions to help us learn more about you.
Following this, you’ll be invited to a final interview where we’ll determine if you’re the right fit for our team.
The entire process typically takes between 2 to 4 weeks.
