Introducing the McKinsey Forward Program 2024
Applications are now open for the McKinsey Forward Program 2024 for Young Talents. McKinsey’s Forward program is a free online learning journey designed to equip individuals at various stages of their careers with practical skills for future success.
The program focuses on essential workplace skills relevant across industries and roles and is available in over 100 countries worldwide.

Forward is a ten-week digital learning experience that begins with developing fundamental career skills through online courses, case studies, and interactive learning events.
Participants will have the opportunity to develop new behaviors through ongoing reflection and application.
Upon completing the program, you will receive a McKinsey Forward digital badge and join an exclusive global network of lifelong learners.
Program Levels
— Core Skills Level (Ten weeks, about 2 hours per week): Develop practical, essential skills through highly interactive, self-paced digital courses. You will explore adaptability, effective communication, relationship building, problem-solving, and navigating the modern digital world. Your new skills will be reinforced through reflections, virtual learning events, and assignments.
— Network Level (Ongoing): Join a dynamic global network of lifelong learners who have completed the program. Gain exclusive access to further learning and networking opportunities and participate in volunteering activities to give back.
Cost
The Forward program is free for eligible participants as part of McKinsey’s flagship social responsibility initiative.
There are no fees for applying, registering, or participating in any of the three levels, provided you meet the eligibility criteria.
Mckinsey Forward Program 2024 Eligibility
The McKinsey Forward Program 2024 is open to individuals who:
— Are currently residing in one of the countries where Forward is available.
— Have at least one but no more than five years of formal work experience.

— Are post-secondary education graduates (e.g., have completed a diploma, associate degree, or undergraduate degree).
— Have a good command of the English language, as the program is conducted in English.
— Are 18 years or older.
