The Parthian Graduate Trainee Program in Management & Tech is a distinctive 12-month initiative aimed at nurturing and developing young talent.
This program provides immersive learning and hands-on experience across various departments, equipping participants with the skills needed to excel in the financial services industry.
During the program, you will gain in-depth knowledge and expertise in research, analysis, and problem-solving by working on real-world business challenges and contributing to Parthian’s ongoing success.
The key responsibilities include:
— Engaging in cross-departmental rotations to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the financial services sector.
— Participating in intensive training sessions focused on research, financial analysis, and strategic problem-solving.
— Contributing to live projects that drive business innovation and growth.
— Collaborating with experienced professionals to develop effective solutions for clients.
— Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for various stakeholders.
— Staying updated with industry trends and applying this knowledge to support business objectives.
We are looking for recent graduates with at least a second-class upper (2:1) degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with financial modeling and analysis tools is advantageous. A demonstrated interest in financial markets and a desire to build a career in the financial services industry are essential.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is also important.
