Introducing the UNB Scholarships 2024
Applications are currently open for the University of New Brunswick scholarships for 2024.
These scholarships offer international students a unique opportunity to pursue graduate studies in Canada.

Eligibility Criteria
In order to be eligible for the scholarships, you need to:
Candidates should:
— Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
— Meet the entry and admission requirements of the university.
— Fulfill the English Language requirements of the University of New Brunswick.
Zimmer Labs seeks motivated students for MSc and PhD positions across various research areas, offering flexibility to align with candidates’ interests:
— Ecophysiology of fishes inhabiting naturally acidic lakes
— Genetic basis of salinity tolerance in estuarine fishes
— Mechanisms of pollution adaptation in coastal and inland fishes
— Developmental physiology of euryhaline fishes
Previous experience working with fish or other aquatic organisms would be beneficial but not mandatory.
Benefits of the University of New Brunswick Scholarship 2024:
The scholarship provides fully funded opportunities for students pursuing their MSc or PhD.
MSc students receive a fully-funded stipend starting at $23.5k CAD per year, and PhD students receive $25k CAD per year, before tuition and fees.
