In addition to hands-on experience, YPs will participate in a structured learning and development program through the YP Academy.
This program includes technical and operational training, language courses, negotiation and business skills workshops, and leadership development.
YPs will also benefit from personalized coaching, mentorship opportunities, and strategic dialogues with senior leaders, which are designed to foster their growth and prepare them for future leadership roles within the organization.
