— Program Dates: The internship runs from May 27 to August 4, 2025.
— Location: The program is based in Washington, DC.
— Compensation: Interns will earn $21.30 per hour (net) if they are non-U.S. citizens, and $26.00 per hour (gross) if they are U.S. citizens.
— Rotations: Interns will rotate through three different Treasury teams, gaining insights into asset management, capital markets, and risk management.
— Engagement: The internship includes a custom onboarding process, weekly discussions with Treasury leaders, and a capstone project that participants will present to senior management.
— Networking: Interns will have the opportunity to connect with nearly 300 Treasury professionals, including the Vice President & Treasurer of the World Bank.
Eligibility Requirements
— You must be in your second-to-last year of a four-year college degree program.
— You should have strong academic standing and a demonstrated interest in finance, business, economics, or a related field.

— You must be available for full-time, in-person work in Washington, DC, for the entire duration of the internship.
— Your expected graduation date should be between December 2025 and September 2026.
