This program features Accra’s Hybrid Sector-Specific Training “Youth in Agri-Business.”
Selection for the YALI Regional Leadership Center West Africa, Accra training programs is merit-based and competitive.

All eligible applications are reviewed by a selection panel, and shortlisted candidates are interviewed before the final selection is made.
Join Cohort 50 for onsite training tailored to agri-business actors serving vulnerable groups in the agri-business value chain.

Eligibility Requirements:
— Youth with innovative businesses or social initiatives in agriculture.
— Youth working in public organizations addressing the needs of agricultural stakeholders.
Tracks:
Business and Entrepreneurship:
This track is designed for emerging or aspiring entrepreneurs aiming to take on leadership roles in the private sector or build their own business ventures on the continent.
Civil Society Management:
This track is for individuals who are or aspire to be civically engaged and serve the public through non-governmental organizations, community-based organizations, or volunteerism.
Public Policy and Management:
This track is for those who work or aspire to work in any level of government (including elected positions), regional organizations like the African Union or the West African Community, international organizations like the United Nations, or other public-minded organizations or think tanks.
